VITAHL Policies

Reservations
Services are available by appointment. Upon booking, clients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Vitahl has a 24-hour cancellation policy. 50% of service fee will be charged to the credit card on file for missed appointments not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Return Policy
In the event that a client is not satisfied with a skin care product, it can be returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase.

Service packages and pre-paid treatments are not subject to refunds. If a client is not satisfied with an un-rendered, pre-paid service, the remaining balance can be used towards other services at Vitahl.

Parking
Vitahl has complimentary, private parking located in a garage behind the facility. Access to the garage is located in the alley between Steele and St. Paul and between 2nd and 3rd. Please call Vitahl upon arrival, and we will open the garage door. Street parking is available in Cherry Creek North for a small fee. Sundays street parking is free.

Privacy Policy
Vitahl takes privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff at Vitahl will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.

Tipping and Gratuity
Vitahl is a non-tipping facility. Tipping is not customary at Vitahl because we are a medical facility. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.
