From the time she was a young girl, Rashelle was destined for the beauty industry. She has a passion for fashion, beauty, and business, and has a drive for excellence. At the age of 18, she became an independent hair stylist/small business owner in Iowa. In 2005, Rashelle decided to move to the beautiful state of Colorado, where she was hired as an office manager for an up and coming cosmetic surgeon in Cherry Creek. Rashelle helped build the business from its beginning operations to an extremely well established practice. She exceeded expectations, assuming responsibilities that would normally be assigned to three or four people, including insurance verification, human resources, payroll, and marketing. She eventually became a financial officer. Before joining VITAHL, Rashelle was the office manager for Dr. Jason Diamond and Dr. Dean Manus (from Dr. 90210) in Beverly Hills, CA. Rashelle combines her people skills with her past management and business experiences to effectively coordinate all employee and business operations. Her goal is to insure that VITAHL delivers an exceptional experience to you as a potential client, and she wants to make sure that each client feels at ease from the initial consultation through the end results.
